The second week of Fight Camp was another success and finished the boxing evening with one of, witch many critics consider, the best female clashes of recent years. A 100% British boxing fight that ended in a 10 rounds draw, letting Terri Harper retained her WBC and IBO Super-Featherweight World Titles.

“This week and last night I’ve made memories that will last forever and experienced something special! Just want to say the biggest thank you to everyone who’s shown your support for this fight, I’ll be getting back to everyone over the next few days. Tash gave me a hard fight last night, one that I’ve learnt a great amount from!! Heartbroken I didn’t get the result I wanted. Going to have some much needed family time and give my body a well needed rest! Won’t be long till I’m back in the gym to improve and learn some more “Rome wasn’t built in a day”, said Terri Harper in her Social Media account after the fight.

Another important highlight of the evening faced Chris Billam-Smith vs Nathan Thorley. Soon, Chris impose himself in the ring, securing the victory in the second round and successfully defended his Commonwealth Cruiserweight Title. This was his first title defense.

“Great night for me and Anthony Fowler under Shane McGuigan Josh Pritchard. Thanks to Eddie Hearn, Matchroom Boxing for having me on. Nothing but respect for Nathan Thorley. All the best for the future!” said the 30 years old Billam-Smith in Social Media.
