Eddie Hearn, from Matchtoom Boxing, announced be hosting four boxing events that marks the return of professional events to the UK. Since the corona virus lock-down in march, that boxing events are being on hold.

It is called the “Fight Camp” and it will be held between 1 and 22 of August in the garden of Matchroom Sport’s head office in Brentwood, Essex. This venue was once home for the family of the promoter Eddie Hearn, but it is now the headquarters of Matchroom. The stage will be set in the back garden. “”it will be a financial disaster…make sure the momentum we have built for 10 years is maintained”. says the promoter Eddie Hearn to BBC sport

“Rule 1 of #FightCamp No easy fights!” 

With live transmission on Sky Sports, it will cover four fight nights, each featuring five match and of course with no public on site. All the participants in the event will be tested COVID-19 weeks before the event start. Four fight nights, each featuring five bouts, will be held on consecutive weekends. They all be transmitted live on Sky Sports.
